Customers who visit our brick-and-mortar location engage in a boutique shopping experience. Personal attention, the ability to try items before making a purchase and nature of a boutique environment require us to operate with the following return policy:
- The Copper Shed will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
- A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time.
- Sale items, lingerie, jewelry and related items are final sale.
- Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return.
- The Copper Shed reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We use DHL for international shipping. International orders are not available online at the moment. Please contact the store for a shipping estimate and to place your order: (978) 626-1619.
Thinking of a return or exchange? Simply call or email us to inform us. Please ensure your return is postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. If you have a special situation, please get in touch with us directly. Just a reminder, you'll be responsible for returns that don't meet our outlined criteria. Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order but returned your order and would like a refund in the form of your original payment, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee for exchanges or store credit will be waived.
Shipping costs will be covered for returns resulting from damaged merchandise or an error on our part.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with any original tags intact. Shoes and boots must be in their original boxes.
Qualified returns will all be accepted once inspected according to the stipulations above.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS will be subject to a deduction of 3% for credit card fees for online and in-store purchases.
All items DISCOUNTED at 20% or more are FINAL SALE.
Fragrances, Candles, Home, Jewelry, and bathing suits are FINAL SALE.
